The rates below represent a discount of 20-30% of what property management companies charge for similar units.

Important Notes:
1. A cleaning/maintenance service will be added to all rentals 6 nights or less.
2. The weekly rate represents rental for 7 nights.
3. A refundable security deposit in the amount of $500 will be collected on all rentals. This deposit will be promptly refunded 10 days after departure, provided that there is no damage to the unit.
